After trying to update iTunes which failed using the normal process, I then used Apple's suggestion to go to tools, download, and then used the msi programmes to install. Then I started to get error messages;
"Microsoft visual C++ runtime library
C:program files (x86)...
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly"
I have uninstalled iTunes & iCloud, downloaded the latest setup programme from Apple & installed it, and continue to get the message
So now I've even done a system restore to a week ago; I am STILL getting the message. And of course it's impossible to get to Apple's support people to ask them how to resolve it; just get caught in the website support viscous circle as Apple don't want to talk to anyone.
